Return and Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • We offer refunds for items damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. However, refunds or replacements are not available once items have been washed, as they have all undergone testing according to our care guide.
  • Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, and size exchanges are not facilitated due to the presence of size charts on our website. Furthermore, we are unable to refund orders that fail to arrive in time for a specific event, as shipping times are estimates and unforeseen events may cause delays. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us.

Returns:

  • If you wish to return your items for reasons other than damage or fault, you may do so at your own expense. Please contact us at info@bubbyboho.com for the return address. Kindly include your name and order number in your package. Note that the return address is located in Australia.

Damages:

  • Should your order arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. While each case will be assessed individually, we regret to inform that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that sustain damage after being worn or washed.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, you will receive store credit for future purchases. For any inquiries regarding store credit, please contact us at info@bubbyboho.com 

Lost or Stolen Items:

  • If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please file a claim with your local post office and police. We cannot provide a refund until all claims are resolved.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are faulty or incorrect. Please email us at info@bubbyboho.com with a photo of your order and a description of the issue, and our customer service team will assist you with the returns process.

Sizing:

  • Size exchanges or returns are not accepted due to the availability of size guide on our website. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
  • *Please size up when purchasing ONLY if you are unsure on what size to get, when looking at a particular item. 
  • If a part of your order is missing, please email us with your order number and the details of the missing item. We will promptly send a replacement.

Wrong Address:

  • If the courier deems your provided address insufficient and returns the shipment to our facility, return costs are your responsibility. Upon address confirmation, we will reship the package.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Shipments that remain unclaimed are returned to our facility, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Color/colour Issues:

  • We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for color discrepancies, as individual screens may display colors differently. If you suspect damage to your order, please contact us promptly.
